A beautiful group of Tiger Riders from Quito came to the land for our cacao harvest. They learned how to harvest the Cacao and prepare it to become a paste for the cacao ritual. It was very beautiful working with and connecting with the land, that has provided an abundance of fruits over these past years. From horse riding/river crossing in the rain, to meditating in the sacred wood of big, ancient trees, the first cacao harvest and ceremony was a special moment for our community.
